One thing you can do is learn your own body by masturbating and using a vibrator. Once you get to the point where you are consistently having orgasms then bring toys into the bedroom with your man and have him use them on you during lovemaking. Hope that helps!

Theres something missing. ....in my opinion. With my first real love, I could never have an orgasm. I never understood that. BUT with my second real love...which became my husband, I had an orgasm the very first time. I just think that he satisfied me more, Im definately more attracted to him than my first. I dont know, but I had that exact problem till I got with the right man.
Maybe you need to do a little something extra to have one. You know its ok to touch yourself, or ask him to do something you like. This may make all the difference in the world.

You first need to find out what an orgasm is. You need to masturbate. Stroke your clit, slide it in between your fingers and tickle it a lot. Slide your fingers into your p-ssy and feel what sensations feel good to you. Maybe use a vibrator and do your clit with it for a while. Maybe a good shower and aim the shower head toward your clit and let it get massaged like that.
After you find out what "tickles your fancy", tell your man and let him experiment a bit. Don't be shy, let him know what's up. You might have him tongue your p-ssy and clit more. More foreplay, sliding his c-ck into you slowly and let him "play" a bit. You'll soon find out what an orgasm is, whether you do it to yourself or he does it to you. Lots of luck.

Step one - know yourself - play with youself, find out what makes you tick.
Step two - Once you've found the trick on your own, show your partner what to do.

That's kind of sad. Have you tried masturbation?
If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.
