Sounds like a great machine. Great price too.

When playing Awesome games, keep your antivirus running, but close just about everything else through Task Manager. You will COOK past the other users.

Bur re-awaken all of your anti-spyware tools and firewall when you get into Downloads. Watch it carefully for unexpected downloads.

Get into proper maintenance, so it keeps screaming. That means Disk Cleanup, Defrag, Check Disk, Anti-spyware scans, setting restore points, and keeping your anti-virus up-to-date and scanned.

It is good as you described. I would choose a Pentium 4 with 3 G speed, 1GB RAM, 120 GB HD.

Sounds like too much machine for a kid who aint gonna do anything but fill it with malware using P2P sites!

You coulda built one just like that for a lot less... other than that, it sounds good, minus the AOL crap. take that off as soon as you get it.

nice...but you can make the same setup with your own money for i think less and without all the preinstalled ssoftware you don't want
