Try using a smaller tampon - try the smallest one that you can buy.
It the tampon isn't 'full' and moist they can be kind of tough to pull out.
If you are still having problems after trying a smaller size or a different brand then go see your doctor or talk to your school nurse.
But don't worry about it too much.
Take care

You are probably using the wrong tampon. Use a Regular or Teen or some other smaller tampon that has less absorbancy. The reason you are having such a hard time is most likely because it is either a) too darn dry, or b) it's created a vacuum. In either case, even if it's uncomfortable you need to get it out on time, don't ever leave one in all day again! That can be dangerous. If you have a syringe (with NO NEEDLE), try filling it with warm water and squirting it up inside you. If all else fails, you simply must swallow your pride and go to the doctor. Good luck and take care of yourself. Remember to buy less absorbant tampons next time or just stick with pads, they are so much safer and much better than they used to be. Oh, and if you are having "light days" during your period, don't even think about using a tampon. You're too dry on those days.

Your vaginal area might be too small for a tampon. Try pads, and don't leave your tampon in so long, you can get a bad infection. I would also suggest seeing your GYN for medical advice about this problem Many women have the same condition.

are you using a super absorbant tampon-try a lower absorbancy tampon. NEVER keep a tampon in for longer than 6-8 hours!!! Overnight is ok but leaving it in longer puts you at risk for infection. you have to relax try standing and putting 1 foot on the toilet when you take it out.

sluggish and agency and at an attitude in the route of the floor and in the front of you. it really is problematic to get down because it really is dry, both it hasn't been in lengthy sufficient and would not choose replacing, or you've stopped and it really is the superb one you'll choose this month. in case you imagine perchance it really isn't any longer been in lengthy sufficient, (a minimum of four hours?) then go away it for now and examine out again later. If it really is been in lengthy sufficient then take it out - if it really is dry it ought to type of follow you, the way a band-help from time to time sticks on a graze, you recognize? it changed into moist then it dried and it stuck somewhat, and this would damage once you pull it. if you're somewhat anxious about it, lay again contained in the tub and ultimately it will be damp sufficient to slip out without more beneficial than a tender pull.

Then you should'nt be using tampons at all. If you leave em in too long you can develope TSS.

what absorbancy do you use? try one size down from what you're using now. if i use anything above regular it does that. you may have a really light flow. if anything, use the smallest one possible with a panty liner. you just may be small downstairs.
