Try to relax - try a bubble bath (don't make the water to hot). Drink lots of water and take your vitamins. Don't eat fried foods. These things should help you to feel somewhat better - Good luck and WATCH your blood pressure - if it gets to high, your health and the baby's may be in jeopardy

Take a bath. Have him rub your feet.

you just need to realize its a hormone session when its starting, and let everyone know. You can tell if you pay attention. You'll go along, be fine, get upset, and then feel that rage come in. At that point you need to let him know you're hormones are out of control and you need help calming down.

Take a drive on country roads. Go outside and lay in the grass. Pet the dog. Have sex if you're allowed, thats a great stress reliever. Warm bath, foot rub, back rub, writing. Dancing a little to some favorite music.

you have to decide to remain calm. Its not easy, but you really can tell when the hormones are kicking in, and you need to make a mental note at that point, and let everyone else around you know.

Eventually you'll learn to avoid it.

Drink cranberry juice.

Simply tell him that he is bugging you and give people a warning when you are feeling extra mean on a certain day!
