I am assuming you are talking about wearing makeup to school. I personally don't think a 13 year old needs makeup although perhaps a lip gloss if she'd like. I wouldn't let a 13 year old wear mascara or eyeliner or foundation. If you need some blusher, and perhaps some eyeshadow. This may seem sparse, but what are you going to do when you're 15 or 16? Don't try to grow up too fast.

Vaseline is a great make-up remover.
Open your mouth whenever you do mascara or eyeliner,
so you won't blink.
If you have blue eyes, don't wear blue makeup. If you have green eyes, don't wear green makeup. It will be too matchy. Go with something that accent your eyes. You can still wear the same color, but not the EXACT same color as your eyes.
Oh, and you should do some cute and light, NOT heavy, lipgloss and eyeliner, for not overdoing it.

Your cousins a bit young. The closest she can go is up to lipgloss.

I think 11 year-olds shouldnt wear make-up cause at that age it could ruin their skin, but i think 13 is o.k for some, but DONT wear mascara, serious lipstick (cute lip gloss is o.k). you can wear some lightish blush, but only if you need it, and no eye liner or anything else eye-related, until you get older or it could really mess up the skin around your eyes. (when i say get older i mean 16-17).

pretty nail polish would be great and maybe some lipgloss. a great book to learn about makeup for teens is Bobbi Brown's "Teenage Beauty". It was basically my bible when I was your age.
11 is pretty young to wear makeup but again, nail polish is fun and age appropriate.

11? Definately not.
For 13 year olds... probally just lip gloss and eyeliner. Don't over do the eyeliner unless you want to look scary. haha
Eyeshadows are also nice. However, don't make your eyes dramatic. One shade (w/o layering, blending, etc) is fine.

Ummm...NO 11?? no way, if anything she's wear like lip gloss. But you, lets talk about you, you could wear like lip gloss, eye shadow, glitter, light blush, mascara, if you wanna go dark, eye liner, personally i think it looks bad on younger girls. Good luck!!

my 11 yr old daughter just started wearing bare minerals foundation and eyeliner inside her eye. Remember less is more and it looks natural.
