Doesn't he have a religious organization that is non-taxable?

if he is a real minister and receiving tax exempt status for his church, why don't they crack down on him for income tax evasion?

He is a real minister.

Churches, regardless of their affiliations, are given 501(c)(3) designation in our country.

Pastors, like every other employed person (excepting illegal immigrants) pay taxes on their income.
