Well we would need to look at why you feel blue? Is it work, is it the fact that you have partied too hard and don't want to get up? Is there a reason why Monday in particular seems blue? I have a few simple exercise that I give my clients to help them through. One is a simple Kineseology technique and another a Thought Field Therapy Technique. I can give these to you, if you would like to try them, dochsa.co.uk. But by just changing your thoughts about Monday and think that Mondays are great, that will change your immediate blue feeling unless there is an underlying issue that we could explore.
