I think the key word in this question is CRIME!!!
I don't care if what sex, race, or religion you are... if you commit ANY CRIME - you should be punished!

They definitly should but their sentences should be equal, not more, than men get. Statuatory rape should not be prosecuted. Altho I don't understand why, adults who have consensual sex with kids over age 12 should not be prosecuted if it can be proved that it was consensual. Teenagers esp. should be left alone. I know of a case of a boy 19 and a girl 16. The girl already had a baby. The boy got 1 yr in county and 1 yr. community service. The girl even testified for him. Njow he is a registered sex offender while an atty is fighting to have all this stuff overturned and expunged.

no definly no ' a woman shoudent have to go to jail for that
mabe a 25-50$ fine an community servic but thats about it

yes, look at the teacher that had sex with her student. she went to jail.

yes women should go to jail....but lets be serious here, what male is going to report that he was raped by a female....its never going to happen

Yes and they often do. There just seem to be fewer women offenders than men.
