Since there are very few nerve endings inside the vagina, it is not a common thing to have a g spot orgasm. A clitoral orgasm is much more intense but the other can be pleasurable too however you may not know the difference.

i'm not sure i can explain this, every woman is different.
i've never heard specifically of a 'g-spot' orgasm.. but during an orgasm different women act different. some women shake, scream, moan. it depends on how the woman and her body reply.

it varies for each individual, some people make moaning noises, some have theree body's shake, some get pins and needles, you cant really say what people do when they do a whole lot of different things, but they are a few things some people do do.

people react differently, but usually the moan and their legs twitch and stuff. but yeah, people react differently.
