Use vitamin E Lotion! Its amazing what that stuff will do for your skin!!
I would also defintely reccomend Queen Heleen Cocoa Body Butter Cream.... it is the most fantastic stuff, and it only costs $3.50 for a little tub that will last you a LONG time!! that stuff will moisturize your skin for three days with only one application!! I LOVE it! You can find it in any rite-aid or CVS. its in with the lotions... its a little hard to spot, and it doesnt look like anything to special, but Queen Heleen products are the best kept secrets ever.. :)
lol and this one isnt related to the question, but, if you are looking for the most awesome face mask ever, check out Queen Heleen Mint Julep Masque its a minty smelling green face mask that does wonders for your complection. It will get rid of blackheads, dry up and heal acne, and even shrink large pores. when the masque dries up, you can actually see all the crap it pulled out of your skin before you wash it off... and best yet, its only like $3.50 at rite-aide of cvs.. maybe even walmart.
Well, I hope that helps!

Don't shave again till they go away. I know that it sucks but its really the only way. Then when they do go away make sure you use shaving cream or hair conditioner to shave with next time. Don't use what you have been using because that's probably the problem.

I have the same problem, and I am considering laser surgery. You have to wait until the hair grows out. Waxing might have have better results. Keep in mind that my leg hair broke off, and I had to shave anyway. The powders and creams have not worked for me.

Start off by rinsing your face with hot water to open your pores, then wash your face, shave with shaving cream (something for sensitive skin), then rinse your face with cold water to close your pores. Make sure you always use a sharp razor. Shave the toughest spot last, like your chin and neck. And try to use less strokes. I started shaving my face like this a few weeks ago, and it has helped tremendously.

I don't think there is a way to get rid of them, just to prevent them.
Make sure your razor is always sharp and you use lots of soap or shaving cream (I found out that cream soap works as well as shaving cream or foam, if not better).
Teatree oil will sting like mad! I would not recommend it.

Wish I had a really good answer for you. I've tried all those OTC creams and stuff.....the only thing that worked for me is when I would go tanning I had no problems....quit tanning and bingo back to square one. Try a really good razor, I like Venus and a really good shave cream/gel.

Maybe you should switch shaving creams/razors. Also, be sure to moisturize lots after you shave, because shaving uncovers dead skin cells which can be very irritating to your skin. They do have special aftershave creams.
Good luck =)

There is a product called "tend skin" that I have had great success with; it's a bit pricey but one bottle lasts a really long time. I have very sensitive skin as well, and I've had no major irritations from it.

Get in a time machine and go back to the point before you began to shave.
