OK, these are not "fuel injector jets" they are little tubes in the carb that are drilled to a certain size to match the engine. It's possible that the carb. is clogged up, and fuel injector cleaner may help clean all of the crap out. Do not take your quadrajet apart...they are overengineered like you could not imagine. If the fuel injector cleaner doesn't work, you have several choices... order another carb, get a used holley that is simple to rebuild and buy a 35 dollar rochester to holley adapter plate, or you can buy an Edelbrock (actually it's just a Weber with their name on it but the best I assure you) and put that on the adapter plate. And lastly, Holley's are not most known for the accelerator pump failing, they are most known for the power valve failing. I do not prefer Holley because the newer ones have too much rubber. The Weber has a steel power valve and the only failure you will have with it will be the accelerator pump. Good luck.

quad. You have a four barrell carb. Usinfg the word quad also belives me to believe a chevy with a quadrajet. You have jets (tiny officies) that spray fuel into the barrells. They are not spraying fuel in correctly because of some sort of blockage. Run some carb cleaner through your fuel if that does not work then my ned to rebuild the carb. You do not use the term jets when referring to efi so you should have a carb on efi? A little more info would be nice.

A carburetor jet is a small brass donut shaped part through which the gasoline flows. It is the part that determines the gas/air ratio at full throttle, though only partially governs that ratio at part throttle. All the gas going into the combustion chamber flows through these jets.
Saying they're clogged means just that: there's dirt or something stuck in there, or even just coating the walls, which is reducing or even totally eliminating the flow of gas. So your car will either run very lean or more likely not run at all.
This is caused by not using, or not replacing, your fuel filter which then lets dirt pass. I change fuel filters every time I change oil and oil filters. They're not expensive and it prevents all sorts of problems.

the jets regulate the flow or mixture of gas and air in a quadrajunk. Holley's are famous for accelerator pumps.

Some kind of debris has blocked an opening in the jet.
