I am a 32 year old heterosexual male. I have many dreams regarding the same topic. Yesterday I dreamt that there was a business that could change your gender temporarily with a very small and painless shot with a small serynge. There was a special demo promotion in which they changed your gender for 24 hours. I had my shot and watched as I changed into the female version of myself! It was SO real! I could feel the weight of my new breasts, the brush of my new long hair, the sway of my wider hips, the feel of the clothing and especially the sound of my new voice! It was also very weird that lots of the girls I knew were really guys that were using this service! I was nervous, but also somewhat proud that I was actually a very good looking girl with a very nice body! The dream was very realistic and lasted a long time and I spent most of it as a woman! What does this mean?

Nice dream, wish I had them. Anyways as for your answer, as you well know dreams are different for everyone and therefore the interpritation of them is a highly personal thing.

However in a general sense I would not worry about this dream so much, in fact I would celebrate it. That is be happy that you have it. I'm thinking that maybe you are in a job whereby you work with men men all day or you work in a job that is considered a mans profession, or perhaps you feel like you have a great responsibility as a man to do what you need to.

everyone has two sides to themselves, that is the male and the female. Men have estrogen and women have testostorone, thats the way it is. So as I was saying if you do work in a job whereby its very male orintated then maybe this dream is just a way for your feminine side to express itself as it doesn't have the oppurtunity to do so while you are awake.

Many men would love to have the oppurtunity to change gender for 1 day such as is possible within your dream and indeed it could mearly be a hangover from a teenage fantisy. Either way I think it's interesting that you pointed out that you are a straight guy who is having this dream. This is so because many men dress up in womens clothing to differeing degrees. In fact it's a commen aspect that all research done in this area indicates that 1 in 10 men dress in womens clothes in some capacity on a regular basis. I think what you need to think about here is the relationship between gender identity and sexual identity, as they are completely different ideas and most people lump then together thinking that if you dream of being a girl or if you want to be a girl then you must be gay. This is not the case, in fact over 90% of all men who dress in womens clothes are heterosexual. It is only a very small percentage that are actually gay.

So if your worried that you may have some gay tendicies because of this dream, I wouldn't worry about as looking like the oppisite gender and feeling like the oppisite gender has nothing to do with who you choose to have sex with.

As someone else pointed out, you're the only one who can answer this question accurately. I can tell you what a Jungian dream interpretation might be, however.

A therapist might tell you that your anima (the female aspect of the male psyche) was trying to make contact with you. Maybe you need to pay more attention to the softer, gentler side of yourself and express your feelings more often.

The fact that you perceived your female self as attractive would indicate that the anima isn't the weak or unacceptable side of your nature that many men try to repress. Since this was a limited time offer, maybe you need to let your anima be more active before she's completely repressed and does turn into something negative.

That's just an off-hand interpretation, based on Jung's theories of psychology. If any of it rings true for you, good, and if not, feel free to reject it.

Like I said, dreams are a private country, and only the natives can tell you what something means for sure.

Dreaming of changing sex chould mean you are not content with the close relationship you currently have if any. Or you may just be lonely at the moment. Subconsciously you want to experience what is like to be the other end. You are trying to tell yourself that you may be in denial of what you are. This is of course from you subconscious mind

I have dreams that feel real too. Despite people saying you want to be a woman, it could just be your emotions or your brain making a scenario. Dreams don't necessarily mean you want something. It could be you are scared or just thinking of an idea or the perspective of something. I'm not a pro on dreams, but it's just my opinion.

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. To dream that you are the opposite sex, suggests that you exhibit or need to incorporate those qualities of the opposite sex. Ask yourself, how do you feel being a man or a woman? In what ways can you incorporate those feelings into your waking life.

It means you had a dream. High protiens in your diet tend to make you dream more vividly. Other than that, don't worry too much.
