Does any one know how to make homemade skin-like rubber?

Doesn't have to be rubber, it can be anything else.

Latex paint is rubber. Conceivably you could paint a mold with enough layers that it would not tear when removed.

Hmmm well one of the things foreskin does is keep the skin moist, so using something like vitamin E oil makes sense. But it can be too greasy on its own. Using a moisturizer like Man1 Man Oil that contains E along with other good stuff can keep the skin moist.
