In my opinion?

Yes.

I think that everyone is atleast bisexual on different levels, depending on certain factors. One person will be attracted to men more than women, or be attracted to women more than men. It just depends on the person.

The Kensey reports on sexual behavior in Males and Females lead to the development of a 'scale' of sexuality with 1 being totally straight and 6 being 'totally gay'. The report determined, among other things, that being a 1 or a 6 was rare, most people were a 2 or a 5 (meaning they were 'slightly' oriented towards either heterosexuality or homo sexuality)

The study also determined that there was no true 'bisexual' but that you would tend to favor one or the other. These reports were very controversial because of how they seemed to contradict Moral guidelines, especially Christianity's. But they are just statistics, they are not a rule for how to live your life.

I'm not stating that I believe that these should be used as practice, but I am stating what research has found...don't hate.

Well, I kinda have a thing for being turned on by she-males. Most people would label me as gay or bi if I ever came out with that, but real homosexual men are not attracted by the female form of any kind, so I guess I'm still hetrosexual. But on to your question..My guess if the person is still young, like in their teens, I guess they are still trying to find themselves. Their identity. By the time they reach adulthood, they should be able to come to terms on their sexual preferences. Whether gay, straight, or desiring both at times.

Absolutely its called adolescents and early adulthood. Although lots of people re-access their sexual orientations later on in life, like after a divorce or an unsatisfying relationship. If you have curiosities explore them, or you will have regrets....

Young people do this all the time and that is the time when they can be convinced that they are homosexual or lesbian.
God does not make anyone that way. A man is made for a woman, and a woman for a man.
Mat 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

Yes, as you can see from a number of the answers already given it's not at all uncommon. Most of us were raised to see straight as normal -if we start having any thoughts about someone of our own sex, it makes us question that viewpoint. If we actually have sex with someone of our own sex it can be even more confusing -am I bisexual? am I really gay? am I really sexually attracted to my own sex, or was I just experimenting? am I really attracted to the opposite sex, or was that just something I'm supposed to do? Eventually we figure it out, but it can be very confusing for a while.
