Human Chemicals that create emotions and thusforth neural patterns of attachment and habit, Love and other stimuli drive humans to do seemingly illogical things to some but in the spur of the emotion itself, seems the only logical choice.

Sure, I don't see why not. Everybody has their differences in life, but if you both truly love each other you should definitely be together. Life is always good when we do what makes us happiest. And if loving that person, and being with them, is what makes you most happy - then I say go for it. :-)
