How the do I get through Koopa's Castle on 7-4 level on the original Nintendo "Super Mario Brothers " ?

I always get lost on that castle ... AAAAARGH!

here try this:
The correct path is as follows: Bottom route, middle route, top route, take the top route over the fire bar. Then take the top, middle, then top again. "
