Every time I'm coming close to being on my period me and boyfriend get into a arugment are a major fight. It never fails, sometimes it not even my fault. Do anybody has a solution?

There are things that you can do to minimize this, slow down on sugar, excercise, be aware (you are), but I have it too and it is awful.

Exercise regularily, sleep enough, cut back on caffiene and sugar and sugary starches (like potatos and potato chips) around 'that time', If that fails, talk to your doctor. Anti-depressant medication is sometimes prescribed for this. Hormonal birth control can also lessen the effects of pms.

There isn't one i go through the same thing.take time to read something funny it helps.Or image u r laying in bed on a beach.

horomones. every woman gets them, and there is no way around them. just ride it out....or maybe you need to find a new guy if he doesnt get that you are emotional around that certain time of the month
