You need to take advice from your doctor whether a c-section or a 'normal' birth would be best for you and your babies.
Both have risks. I had a c-section because I had various medical conditions which made it sensible, but don't let anyone kid you that it is an 'easy' option - the whole 'too posh to push' thing. It's a very serious operation that will leave you unable to walk for a few days, unable to drive for six weeks, and can be considerably painful. Think about it: if you had any other major abdominal surgery, would you be expected to haul stuff around immediately afterwards, and be deprived of sleep, and be expected to go back to work within a few hours? That's what happens after a c-section - you still have to take care of the babies!
If you decide on a vaginal delivery, well, there are serious risks there, too, both for you and possibly also for the babies.
Whatever you decide, insist that your husband does his fair share of the midnight nappy-changes, and gives you time and space to recover - if he needs convincing on this, tell him that it will help you recover more quickly (which it will), and that you will need to be fit to raise his beautiful children!

Mckinzie and Mikayla- or something a little easier to spell. The names are adorable but having to correct people and getting mail and things with your name spelled wrong your whole life would suck. Many twin births turn out to be c-sections. If you doctor says a regular delivery is fine go for it. The doctors will be there if you need intervention. I haven't had twins but I have 4 children. 1 regular birth and 3 c-sections. I personally would take the c-section anyday. No contractions, less stress on the baby, Very quick, beautiful round headed babies ( my oldest son had a cone head from the regular birth lol) I recovered easier too. thats just me though- and there is something to be said for any woman who brings her child into this world and there is no sense of accomplishment greater than giving birth to your child. Either way you will have two beautiful new additions to your family. Try to focus on meeting you new babies- the rest will fall into place.

McKenzie & McKayla would by my suggestions for the spelling.
As for having a c-section or a vaginal birth, I have only had a vaginal birth, but my sister-in-law who was pregnant with twins had a c-section.
I personally would suggest having a vaginal birth, because after you have the first one, the second is only a few minutes behind, and it should be easier.
With a c-section, you have the cut in your belly, which even years later can be still painful is what I have been told. Plus lifting anything over 10 lbs. is usually not allowed for weeks.

I think MaKaela is cute, and I would spell the first on McKenzi or McKenzie looks like you are trying to have the same beginning for both, right? As to what is better for birth really depends on what your doctor recommends as well, but usually it is easier on your body and it takes less recovery timeif it is natural. But if your doctor says you should have a C-section I wouldn't argue with him/her! C-sections take longer for your body to recover but are sometimes the safest way to go. Good luck and congratulations!!!!

Congratulations!!!!!!!!
I think the names are very cute!!
Maybe MaKayla, McKenzie.
I have two kids, and 14 weeks pregnant with our third. But I have not had twins, so I can not give too much advice on that, but you will heal faster with a vaginal birth. And should have not problems with it if the babies are both the right way, head down.
Good Luck, I'm sure everything will turn out great. Enjoy your new babies!!!!!!

Congrats!!! Calm down first of all! Stress ain't good for babies! Just relax and have faith. Whatever your faithmay be. How about Makenzy and Makaila. Or Mckenzie and Mckayla. Try to keep the beginning of their name the same spelling. Way cute!

C-section only if your doctor says it is necessary for your or the babies health. McKensie and McCayla??? Don't be afraid. It is what we all go through when we have kids. It's scarey because you haven't been through it before, but you'll be fine and then have two adorable babies afterwards. I hope you can arrange to have help, because with two, you will have your hands full!
