I believe Silica pills will do that. For nails you can also try one of the nail hardners by Sally Hansen, this brand is usually available at Longs Drugs and Walgreens.

I use a nail polish for my nails. You can by it at any walmart or drug store. The only down side to it is that you have to apply it on everyday but it works great. For your hair my aunt uses a shampoo. She says it works great and it helps you grow more hair. Hope that helps!!

Drink milk and take multivitamins. Pregnant ladies take their prenatal pills (vitamins) and they always get harder nails and longer hair :)

vitamin e is good for hair nails and skin and it dosn't have aside effects because it is a vitamin

instead of the pill try the fast grow and harders they sell that are clear or light colored. sally hanson beauty supply should havve it.
