Yes, I feel it should... Do you ever hear of Marijuana related deaths? No...you hear of other types of "drug-related" deaths... but then, do you really feel Pot is a drug? All it does is get you a little high like a beer would... Alcohol is very damaging to the body...Pot helps Cancer patients...it's ok to drink a beer, but it's a crime to smoke a joint? Go figure...I believe the only reason Marijuana isn't legal is because the Government can't tax it...It's too easy to grow...I feel they Would leaglize it if it could be manufactured and sold it like cigarettes or Alcohol....♥

O god yes!! I think that all the natural drugs should be legalized such as opium, mushrooms, and pot! I could really go on forever on the reasons on why this should be legalized and how much better it is then drinking "health wise" and as far as how it effects you. But i wont, i will just say YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!

For medicinal uses, it is legal. to sell the raw stuff in stores and not be arrested no..
I was using certain parts of the plant when I was having chemotherapy for my brain tumor. would never have known if I wasnt told..

Yes, it used to be legal years ago. you could go in th store and buy it by the pack. it would be legal now if they could tax it someway.
And can you believe Willie Nelson got pulled over and had a pound and a half and all they did was write him a ticket. do you think they would just write you a ticket and let you or me go? they would have me thrown to the ground with pistols pointed to the back of my head and would go to jail for months! does that seem fair to you?

No. It should be decriminalized.
Legalization would allow the government to tax and regulate it, which is about the last thing the stoners would want.
