that depends on a few things, where the time share is , how much you paid for it and how much you can sell it for?
If it is Mexico sell it because it is so cheap to go all inclusive that time sharing isn't getting anywhere anymore. Unless you live in Mexico then renting it to others may work !

At least you can have some money back and get help with the annual maintenance and taxes fee. Try to rent it or sell it by yourself. Try www.myresortnetwork.com, you can post your ad there either for renting or selling the timeshare. They only charge a one-time fee (something like $15), no commission fees. Good luck.

Do you own the timeshare and how much do you pay for it now? If you own the time share then you can definitely sell it. If you are leasing it then you can sublease it for an amount higher than the amount that you are paying for it now.
