Yikes... you have some bad answers here...
Convert them all to equal fractions...
You have 7/9, and 2/3, so... .75 as a fraction is 3/4...
Now that you have all fractions.... 7/9, 2/3, and 3/4 convert them to equal fractions....
e.g. pick a demoniator that all easily convert to: say 36.
7/9 = 28/36 (9x4=36, so 7x4=28)
2/3 = 24/36 (3x12=36, so 2x12=24)
3/4 = 27/36 (4x9=36, so 3x9=27)
so in order least to greatest means... 2/3, 3/4, 7/9

7/9= 28/36
2/3= 12/36
.75= 3/4= 27/36
so..... 2/3 , .75, then 7/9 least to greatest.
