Haven't seen it for ages but I used to love professor Yattle the woodpecker and the singing mice! They don't make them like that any more do they!

I love him. I'm so happy he's having a revival. I don't feel embarrassed to have Bagpuss merchandise (I'm 30). My 2 year old daughter loves him too - he's a classic!
Bagpuss, dear Bagpuss
Old Fat Furry Catpuss
Wake up and look at this thing that I bring
Wake up, be bright, be golden and light
Bagpuss, oh hear what I sing

Have it on DVD.
and Willo the Wisp
and Dungeons and Dragons
and Inspector Gadget
and Button Moon
and Mr Men
and Little Miss
and Bod
and Chorlton and the Wheelies
and Roobarb
and Bananaman (The Goodies narrate)
and Fingermouse (Never been able to watch yet...)
and Pink Panther
and Flumps
and Duckula
and Wombles
and Dangermouse
and Ulysees 31
and Wacky Races
and The Perils of Penelope Pitstop
and Dick Dasterdly and Mutley in their Flying Machines
and Dukes of Hazzard (getting bit silly in places now - shame!)
and Quantum Leap 1-4
and classic Doctor Who (not the all new soap version)
Quite like to get Dogtanian and Mr Benn...
Will start getting Smallville when it ends and Lois and Clark...
Like to also get Trumpton, but would get bored I think...
Can you get Ivor the Engine?
The late Oliver Postgate also...
That do?
I would love to start a Children's channel that showed all the classics only. Lots like to see again.
These days is all rubbish...
I'd also show Doctor Who from the start, with an episode weekly not all the omnibus stuff... :) Perhaps same episode couple of showings per week... and it would have Thundercats... and vintage Playschool...
I liked in the old programmes the morales within.
Good but often very cheesy in approach. But made telly what it should be...
A friends little girl loves the Mr Men I bought her. She doesn't worry about the fact no Mrs in it. And it has morales. She just likes the colours and the story. Her favourite is Mr Happy.
Quite also like to get Tom and Jerry complete before they censor it...

Most men love pink *****!
And yes, like most people over 30, I too enjoyed the show along with a hundred others, most of which "The Mole" seems to own!
