Here's exactly what you must do:
Download the .flv (video) file from http://www.keepvid.com/
When it is on your desktop, use this piece of software to convert the .flv file to an .avi file:
http://rivavx.de/?encoder
From there import this video into powerpoint, just like you would a normal video. Make sure that the video file is in the same folder as your .ppt presentation, otherwise it will not play.

You can download them with FLV player (Flash Video Player)
Don't know about how to use Flash in Powerpoint though...
