At your county courthouse but you will need to take a marriage course in order to get the certificate right away. At least its that way in my state. Thats what we did and had a nice honeymoon out of town. We dont regret a thing. Also if you want a prettier locale there are some small ceremony setups but they are generally a little more expensive.

My wedding cost about $300...went to Reno, had a civil ceremony and it was over with in literally a minute. Been married 15 yrs. It's quick, it's painless and straight to the point.

Go to planned parenthood and get blood test and pay the $12.00 at the court house and get married in the courthouse.

I got married at the county courthouse..$36 for license. In Georgia (which you probably aren't) a blood test isn't required, nor are any courses, etc...

have a justice of the peace do it, it is by donation for most of them and you can do it in a pretty yard out side, and if people want to come the can or go to a pretty park or gazebo and do it.

vegas, is the way to go, you can get married there, have your honeymoon there, and do a little gambling too, vegas is awesome, ive been there.
