In Internet Explorer click on "Tools", then select "Internet Options". Near the bottom of the dialogue box you'll see a button on the right marked "Clear History". Click this. It may take a few minutes but it will clear out the websites you have visited. If your browser is set to show the history close this otherwise it will look as though your internet history has not been cleared.

Select Internet settings, which you will find in your control panel. From there you can delete your cookies and internet history.

BUT

the bad news for you is you can never truly delete this record of what sites you have visited, it remains on your computer. I think after about 5 years the memory overwrites some stuff, but even then somebody who knew about computers could find it.

Whos been a bad boy then...?
