Honey, I'm turning 21 soon and I'm still not regular. The doctor told me that it should regulate around 3-4 years, but it wasn't true for me. Last fall I went to the doctor to check it out and he said if it doesn't bother you, and you're not sexually active, then you can wait it out some more, otherwise there is low-dose birth control that will guarantee regular periods. A lot of my friends take birth control just for that, irregular periods. So it is normal.

Your OK it is normal
Here are two facts that are funny about women
Women who work in offices will at times all move to have periods on the same week (Feel for the men in the office)
and
women who work out allot will miss periods for months at a time
All normal all about women being women

Your body is just going through changes. When you go to college, it will change again. I had my period at 11, and between 11 and 22, I had it pretty much vary from middle of the month to end of the month to the beginning to the month to now back to the end of the month.
If it's REALLY bothering you, go to your OB/GYN and start on birth control--not to protect from prengnancy but to help regulate your periods.

I'm no doctor, but I hear this isn't that uncommon.
That was my case as well. I got my period at 15 and
was never regular until I got on the birth control pill
(recommended by my doctor) when I was18, and I've
been regular ever since.

Yeah- its normal- i got my first when i was 14- and then not again till I was 16-
The pill is the only thing that made me regular-
everyone is different, just talk to your doctor about it- it totally normal for your age!

its compoletely normal.. i am also 16 and mine is sometimes irregular...
it just may be your diet..
try to eat healthier and everyhting will be ok
and dont try the pill unless you have horrible cramps and you just cant do without it. there is no need for random chemicals in your body messing with your hormones.

You're just evening everything out. I suppose as long as you're having one regularly that's what counts.
