Then will President Clinton have to face the same charges for firing missiles into Iraq for the same things?
What you so wonderfully forget is that Clinton, Gore, Kerry, and the rest of the talking heads of the Democratic party ALL agreed to this war. They all was ticked off because this did not happen when a Democrat was in office so that they could take the credit for it.
This WAR on terrorism is an OLD war. It started back in the 70's and we are JUST NOW getting involved.
Besides being moronic and not knowing history, what do you have to give us that is PRO-American?

opposite to primary conception, "Congress" changed into no longer managed through the Republicans. at the same time as the abode had a majority of Republican Congressmen, the Senate changed into, before each little thing cut up 50/50 (with Cheney the tie breaker) yet quickly after, Senator Jim Jeffords of Vermont switched from Republican to Democrat shifting the flexibility again to Democrat. The vote to invade Iraq changed into almost unanimous. It changed into the right vote then, it nevertheless is on the on the spot. inspite of the efforts of Democrats to distance themselves from it for Political causes, a minimum of again then, they did the right element. So, sure. They deserve duty and praise for his or her moves. The now loose human beings of Iraq are grateful. *

Cheney or Chaney? I think John Chaney retired as Temple's basketball coach last year and i really dont think he was responsible for the invasion of Iraq.

Illegal? When Saddam was pushed back out of Kuwait, the UN allowed him to remain in power as long as he would adhere to certain stipulations. For 13 yrs. Saddam defied everyone of them. The UN also stated any member nation had the authority to make the offending nation comply. So, the way I see it, Bush had authority from not only our Congress but from the UN as well.
How was that illegal?

If that's true then every lib in DC lied too. Everyone of them also believed they were there. Thuth will come out, they were in fact there.
There were satelite photos all over tv of trucks lined up at silos all over iraq, while we were pussyfooting around the UN, they were moved .
Libs never look at truth. They have no answers.

Cheney is most definately behind it, the other two are more than likely just along for the ride, making sure Cheney doesn't lose his place. (Let's not forget Cheney used to be head of the Military.)
But they're all carying out what was already planned by the US Gov't.
I don't think anyone will be tried, and if so, they certaintly won't be convicted, unless another country finally puts the US to an end before these old bastards die.

pretty sure congress approved the "iraq invasion", so its wasn't illegal genius, maybe unnecessary, but who cares, its always good to send the "don't **** with the USA" message to the rest of the world every couple years

It was NOT illegal!! Saddam was thumbing his nose at UN resolutions for TEN years, and every intelligence agency in every other country said he was mass producing weapons of mass destruction. The President acted as any good leader would. The UN was and is useless!!

Totally, but didn't they make a law that exempts them
from prosecution?
They knew what they are doing is horrific, so they made
a law to protect them from their own crimes.
The usual course for this administration.
