This Seems Relatively Straightforward, One Might Referr (Sp?) to "Stem" Cells and Pluripotent Cells, Ultimately, One Has to See it as a Irrevsible Change in the DNA of a Cell, Making it Impossible to Go Back. E. g., a B-Cell Differientiating to a Plasma Cell, to Produce a Particular Antibody.
