my bf dont care to me lately , and for many reason that i understand and i feel he dont love me anymore so i decide to forget him and lost on my mind even on my heart & soul and my friends too want me to do that cox they dont want to hurt me anymore cox of him ... but the more u want to forget him he coming back again for many promise what would you to do .. ps my english is not perfect sorry if don`T understand my words

You need to decide who is more important right now, you or him? If you do not want to get hurt like before, and you know he will do it again, then you need to see if you are worth protecting. If you do not feel you are worthy of your own protection then go back and date him. Otherwise, move slowly away from the situation and learn how to be yourself without him. Maybe then you two will learn how to be together without hurting each other. Good luck.

You need to move on completely. I had two friends like this: they dated for a year and "mutually" broke up. But they both wanted to get back together, even though they knew it wasn't going to work out.
Now, a year later, the girl found a new boyfriend, moved on, and is now even happier than before. The guy hasn't moved on and is miserable and still wants to be with her. You need to move on and onto better relationships.
