as soon as you come to terms with the fact that you've been transformed into a smurf and wedged into a large chocolate chunk inside the core of an oreo cookies'n'cream cake, you will use the spoon to eat, use the flashlight to guide you, and life will quickly get easier.
either that, or you roll over in bed and snap yourself out of that horrific (but thankfully, lucid) dream.

Rocky . . . I seriously tried to think about how the hell I can get out of the grave. I got exhausted thinking about it. Well, I'm sure I'll do everything I can to get out until I get so tired. If nothing works then I'll just laugh myself to death.

You astrally project yourself to the home of the person who buried you and tell them to get you the heck out of there!
Then you use the flash light to find your way back to your car and go home and have a bowl of cereal to use the spoon.

You shine the flashlight on the spoon, look in the reflection and see yourself. Once you saw yourself, take the saw and cut through the ropes, saw through the coffin, and then dig like crazy with the spoon.
