Sounds like he just might like you. What does he whisper to you? Sweet nothings, something he does want anyone else to hear because it would be embarrassing.
If so then he definitely likes you or just wants to get into your pants.
The hand on the shoulder usually is indicative of wanting to connect with you in the physical sense and along with the whispering, I would say he is definitely interested in you in a big way. Best to let him know if your interested in him now before it gets too complicated. Better to reject him now than let it go on and on.

hi. He is probly tring to get you to do ..somthing.. with him. if you know what i mean. guys seem to think that will work. if you dont want to, or think that is wht he is doin- push him off and tell him- that if he is going to talk to you- than do it normaly and to back off that u are not into that!

Maybe he likes you and cant think of any other way to show it.Asking him would be your best bet on finding out.

Insist that he stop. Make it clear that if he is to get your attention he must speak to you in the normal fashion.
