daylight saving [not savings]time changes for areas in the US that bother to change time are:
the first Saturday night/Sunday morning in April at 2:00am Sun to "spring forward" [So, if the 1st of April is a Sunday, the time change will happen on the 8th at 2:00am.]
AND
the last Saturday night/Sunday morning in October at 2:00am Sun to "fall back" [Again, if the 31st of Oct is a Sat, then time change will be on the 25th at 2:00am.]
every year.
Due to a new law being enacted, for 2007 and until changed in the future, "spring forward" will occur henceforth in March instead of April of every year.

For most of my life Indiana didn't use daylight savings time. Then we got Mich Daniels, a republican of the Reagen cut became governor, and now we do. I hate it! His guy sold off our oll roads, shaned the DMV, and is railroading Hoosiers in to the 21st Century!
