i doon't think it had anything to do with your look many people approach those that they are attraced to but women think men should do it I don't think it really matters who do if you don't you may miss your blessing

ok well... yes it is old fashioned, and over the years it has *always* been the guys job to make the first move. i, personally, will never ask a guy out because it is totally not my responsability. but i do think that the girl should show at least some interest and be **extremely** flirty so that the guy is not completely lost. you are not ugly, but us girls dont want to look like sluts and too desperate, so we dont ask.

I'd say "You're just ugly", but that's not funny, nor clever.
Anyway, girls are insecure about that kinda stuff. If they're a normal girl, they're flattered when a guy takes time to notice them-just not in an annoying or stalky way.

First of all you're not ugly. Second its the 21st century, girls can ask out a guy, but we dont, we can, but dont. Sometimes a girl will ask out a guy, but if its the first time, and he says no, then most likely she wont be asking any1 out for a while. Trust me, i've been there.

I, personally, am NOT the type to wait for the guy.
If I see a guy I like, I make a point of going up to him and saying "hey, how are you." or something of the sort.
You're not ugly.
don't worry about that.
You just need to find someone who is more outgoing.

Girls like the feeling of being chased, so they wait for the guys to make the first move. (also cuz they dont want to make a fool of themselves) Personally, I like to just flirt, nothing serious, flirting in itself is just fun so if youre going for a shy girl, you gotta talk to her first. If shes outgoing, you wait for her (to prevent yourself from making a fool out of yourself)
