If you treat a woman like gold, she hates you . . . but if you're selfish, dishonest, unattentive, and mean, women think that you're "sexy" and a "challenge".

Women like to "fix" men, train them, subdue them. If you don't need any fixing you're unattractive to women

Some women have a low self-esteem and don't feel that they deserve to be treated well. I was that way and married to a hateful, mean man for 25 years. I am now in a loving marriage but still at times wonder why he treats me so well. I never thought mean and hateful was sexy I just didn't think I deserved better.

Whoa?!!! Romance is alive in people who bring meaning to it. You aren't meeting the right women! I would never want a man to treat me with disrespect. A woman who is ready to settle down and have a mature, long-term relationship wants those good qualities that a man provides her. Trust, loyalty, sense of humor....A woman wants to be treated like a queen. A good woman will treat you like a king.

Just because one person didn't let you treat them well, don't give up on the women who will let you. Keep looking for the girl with a heart like yours.

They fell that this is all they deserve... Very sad, sad indeed!!!

Ummm...if a guy was selfish, dishonest, unattentive and mean, I would never even give him the time of day.

My husband is wonderful to me, and has been from day one.

A real woman who is worth the time has no desire for men who are jerks. Those that do have problems. I've been married to a 'good guy' for 11 years.

Well there's the saying, "You always want what you can't have."
Some women like the challenge of getting a guy who's always out of reach.
I've certainly gone through my "bad boy" phase in dating, but now I'm happy with a nice guy. So then there's the saying, "Nice guys finish last"!
Part of it is also that we DO want a nice, decent guy who will treat us right. The thing is, we also want a guy with some backbone, not some wishy washy guy who can't stand up for himself or his beliefs. And unfortunately, there are lots of "nice guys" out there who are kind of like wimpy babies who want to be mothered.
From a woman's perspective - we want to be his friend and his lover, but NOT his mother!

I think most women snap out of their "bad boy" phase by their early to mid 20s.

only "girls" think that way ...but personally for me it was just me being terrified to meet him on that level of love .love is very scary and some women like my self cant handle real love it chokes us up inside and we run from it like scared little girls ...and i think we only do it out of fear..fear because our hearts have already been scared up and its so much easier to push away than to have to deal with all the baggage the real thing brings but eventually we will grow out of it and face our fears, and really fully understand what that good man means to our lives.
