Wait until a really good strong front comes in with 20-30 mph winds.
Then take your rake and rake the leaves toward the street and let 'em blow
with the wind. Either way, there's a little work involved, but this way you
don't have to bag 'em and your neighbor wont get p.o.ed. Just as a
precaution, don't let other people see you doing this.

I think you should rake your leaves, put them in multiple brown paper lunch bags, poop in each one of them, place them all in front of your neighbor's door, light each and every one of them, and fun ensues!

you could...then maybe he'll blow them back onto your lawn. after a few times of this..they'll become leaf mulchings, and that...as martha stewart says........IS A GOOD THING.
