I need the necessary paper work guidelines that need to be filed also with the state or the country. Please outline the steps throughly.

In the United States you would need to contact your Secretary of State and ask them for the Certificate of incorporation" forms and procedures for your state (I linked oklahoma below since thats where I live) and pay your fees.

I recently incorporated my consulting business and it took me all of 2 hours and 50 bucks or so.

You would then contact the IRS and request an EIN. If you want to be a Sub S corp you will also have to file that with the IRS.
