does your body get worse after 2nd baby, or can you keep it in shape if u don't breastfeed, and exercise?

Please don't let the decision of whether or not to breastfeed you child be influenced by your body image. Fear of breast sagging is normal, but if it is going to happen it happens due to milk engorgement in the breasts--something that is going to happen if you breastfeed or not.

Breastfeeding gives your child important antibodies and prepares their immune system for the things they encounter in the first few years of life. I also read a study (don't remember where, sorry) that claimed breastfed babies score better on standardized tests--having a baby is going to change your body regardless, you might as well provide the best for your child that you possibly can.

Yes the body is streched out once again so it does get worse . You will be better off exercising or at the very least walking , or riding a bike something to keep the weight off .
