Items, not adjectives? Maybe someone who has a full pantry of canned goods would like to donate all the time to food banks and hungry visitors or poor college students. Maybe someone who has a closet full of yarn or quilting material is always knitting, crocheting, or quilting blankets and items to give away to women's shelters or to children who are victims of violent crimes or families who have gone through natural disasters like tornadoes. If you are actually looking for adjectives, maybe the words "compassionate" or "selfless" or "service-oriented" will be good for your list.

Well manners is at the top of the list! It shows respect for the people around you and those that you speak of, the second would be courtesy, another form of respect to others, remember there are 6 billion people here you are not the only one that needs to get somewhere and finally respect, when someone talks to you listen with your ears not your mouth you might learn something and people respect you if you have manners and courtesy!
