he always wants to be with me and hes always like to be arround me and were really close to each other as friends and i think he has always liked me, just didn't know yet.Because he would tell me who he liked at the time and thats how close we were I mean we still are but I think he has always liked me but didn't know it .

Well he definitely likes you, whether or not it's in a romantic way you'll have to talk to him to find out. If you don't want to ask him directly just tell him you're thinking about asking some other guy out. If he gets all quiet or becomes irritated or weird then you know he likes you. If he just gives some advice about how to get next to him, then he probably doesn't like you. Although, that's risky because sometimes guys are good actors if they are afraid. You can also just drop pretty obvious hints that you like him and he'll tell you right away it's mutual. If he ignores all your hints then he doesn't like you in that way or he's really stupid and you shouldn't be going out with him.
