I just received something in the mail wanting my name, bank number and account number, so I can receive a voucher for free gasoline. However, there is only a address, no phone/fax number or name to contact anyone to verify this coupon.

This sounds like a scam, designed to get your private bank information. Do not send it. Instead, send the information to the post master general to be investigated.

~~~Please do not contact the people who sent you that offer,,,,it sounds like a big scam,,,,you received a voucher,,,,,it should not cost you a cent ,,,,let alone how much you have in your bank, because as soon as you send them your bank information ,,,they will clean you out. I would show it to the police if I were you,,,,alot of times they know about these scams,,,,please dont send your information to anyone unless you know they are a reputable company and " You" contacted them,,,,,,,,,~~~
Report it to the State Attorney General. It's a federal crime, since it came in the mail.
Smells like a fraud. Better check out the Better Business Bureau. www.bbb.org
