Light brown hair, light blue eyes and light skin?

go buy that almay stuff for blue eyes. i would say maybe keep it more natural and use light pinks.

Browns and gold on the eyes definatly.. even the mascara!! Light pink on the cheeks, simple gloss or nothing on lips

lavenders and plums around the eyes make blue pop really well. but if you want to use other eyeshadow colors, then go for it, just use a plum mascara. it makes a difference, i promise! i'd go with a shell colored blush, and a light pink gloss or shimmer on the lips. just make sure you don't over-do it!

Buy the makeup made for people with blue eyes.I cant think of the brand though. Sorry. Hope i helped!

try soft smoth colors.browns {light] blues,pink blush.and light pink lipstick with lip gloss.
