Natural tones are probably best. Experiment with eyeshadow that matches your clothes (but don't over do it). Keep your cheeks and lips pretty neutral. Go only with a light blush and glossy, light-colored lips.

If you go a bit crazier with clothes, I suggest naturaller make up to balance your look. Maybe a gold eyeshadow with dark brown liner and bronze-ish lip gloss would accent your skin and eye color without losing your unique-ness.

You should wear rich coppery colors or bronze colors for your eyes. Those colors will enhance your eyes and your skin tone. Wear peach, bronze, or terracortta blush. For gloss wear Clinique's Impossibly glossy's Cream Soda or Mac in Oh baby or a light warm pink gloss. Clinique in Delovely is a nice lip color also.

you dont want to take away from your style, just add to it.
try using dark brown and gold eye shadows-- if you could use dark blue or green mascara, it will make your eyes pop. try to make it so you cant see the color though. it has to be subtle.
for lips, go a mauve.
