Please don't think I'm belittling you but you sound very young.
If this was a one off happening, I would be inclined to say have a word with the young lady and agree for the sake of harmony to keep quiet about it. However, you say you love each other and this is a different matter.
I don't think you need to introduce the fact that you slept with your friend's sister when you first speak to him on the subject. Why not tell him that you care for her, that you think you are falling in love with her and emphasize how great you think this is because you and he are such good friends. Assure him of your concern for her welfare - you say you love her, so this is no lie.
Some time down the line, when he has accepted that you and his sister are committed to each other, he might accept that you sleep together.
In the meantime - who knows you have slept together - who is likely to tell ? I hope that you and your young lady are not so immature that you have told all your friends and the secret is like water in a leaky bucket.
Time your revelation so that your friend isn't hit by a blow that he won't forgive.

Actually I do agree with the other answer... You sound about 16. And that's SO wrong to have sex with you best friend's ex. It's like saying your best friend , like sister, was having sex with your brother! Sorry but that's just rude and disgusting and you should have never done that in the first place! If she's your best friend I think you should tell her! Hope that helped!

You had better tell him before he hears it from someone else. He will get over it. Its alot worse coming from someone else. Plus its usually not the right or the whole story.

I do not think you should ever kiss and tell..unless you have committed adultery..(then u should tell..pack your bags and leave)
I think that should be your friends sister(the girl you had sex with)decision...talk it over with her..see how she feels about it...its really none of his business, unless she is very young and he is trying to protect her.
