make a hot whiskey add one 1000mg vitimin c (the fizzy one) and then add one packet of a hot lemon mix, go to bed and drink under a nice warm duvet or blankets.you'll feel 100% the next morning.( use sugar to sweeten if needed)

Hot water, lemon, whiskey, sugar to sweeten. Soak in hot bath. Sleep in warm, cozy bed. Cold all gone.
