Actually they are very good for you, most doctors will tell you to take them if you are serious about getting the vitiams you need, they have everything in them.

Lots of people, like elderly, take them for the extra vitamins and they're just fine. I've even heard of men taking them. There are vitamins for hair and nail growth specifically though.

Pre natal vitamins are all the ones that help you and a baby stay healthy - if you aren't pregnant, they will just make you healthier and no, they won't make it more likely that you will get pregnant

No its fine. I remember that my dr gave me a prescription for them when I had mono. After that she said that I should just buy the target brand ones. Its good to take them but for some people they get backed up because of the amount of iron in them. Just try them out and if you feel backed up then stop taking them.

No, I used to do it, they say your body rids itself of excess vitamins, dont know if it is true, but I say rather have more than less
