Absolutely not! You would not be helping him by telling. The important thing is that you suppressed any actions between you and her. I applaud you for that. Remain his friend and let them work out there marriage.

I think you should tell him but make sure you have the proofs to back up what you are telling him. If he really is a good friend of yours, you most definitely need to tell him. She's obviously no good and if your friend is a good man then he deserves a good woman in his life, not some trash. Yes! tell him. Wouldn't you appreciate if you were the one in his shoes that he would of told you? Good luck!
P.S. You are a good friend for turning her down.

My opinion is Tell him. She apparently has already cheated on him, and more than likely it's not the first time. He should know what kind of woman he's married too so he don't live the rest of his life with someone thats lying and cheating. Let me ask you this, "Do you feel you need to tell him?" and "Will you feel better telling him?"

This is difficult. I would tell him only about what you are involved in. She wrote you letters, tell him.
She did not cheat with you, so don't tell him 9as much as you want to).
If you step in where you're not invovled you'll be enabling the relationship and it will be easy for him to take his frustrations out on you.
Save your friendship, those are so precious.

depending on much you value his friendship..if he is really close to you like a brother then tell him.. if it comes out later that he finds out about it not only would he feel betrayed by her but you as well for keeping it a secret.. she has done this in the past you say, so he probably wont be too suprised, cheaters never change they only become better liars

She was having an emotional affair with you and you let it go on. You are just as guilty. Is it worth hurting your best friend over?

He's your best friend and most likely oblivious to her affairs and infatuations. This is a tough one. Put yourself in your best friend's shoes and play it out in your mind. You'll find the answer to your dilema there.
Follow your instincts!

NO, LEAVE IT BE, I WAS IN THE SAME SITUATION, THE ONE WHERE YOU KNOW SOMETHING AND FEEL YOU SHOULD TELL. I FIGURED IT WOULDN'T HELP THE SITUATION FOR HER ANY OTHER THAN UPSET HER. IF SHE IS THAT BIG OF LOOSER SHE WILL DO IT AGAIN TO SOMEONE AND GET CAUGHT BY HIM. SOMETIMES A GIRL REACHES OUT BECAUSE SHE ISN'T HAPPY. GOOD FOR YOU NOT CHEATING WITH HER. THATS ALL THAT COUNTS.
