I would say online try ebay or if you have a cd burner than you could make your own cd's or you could go to a pawn shop cause they have everything for sell. I make my own cd's and also have been to pawn shops and I never had any problems with them yet.

They offer 11 CDs for 1 Cent a piece and then you can quit them. Do that with 8 of your friends and you have 99 CDs for peanuts.

i would go to amazon.com thats where i get my cds. You can get them really cheap new. And if you dont care you can buy them used for really cheap
