I am so moved, I feel posively...hmmmm, what is the word??? Yes, Born Again! I am wondering what the writer will say (We won't hear about this one, for sure) when the same person has a serious lapse and returns to his former "evil" ways? I have yet to see one person truly make a switch, has anyone else? So much denial going on, you would think it was Egypt.

Honey... we all agree (to an extent). But don't worry. Everyone has a things such as this going on.
We all have gone through hate acts such as that. But what are we to do in the end. We can prey, but life is life. If there were something we could do. We would have by now.
We all want that crap to cease.
I prey...

Which asshole? We can't pray for anyone if we don't know who he/she is except in a general type of prayer. Like Lord we pray for this individual. Help them with what ever problem he/she is having. Ahem

I had a good laugh. Honestly how sad does someone have to be to post something like that, I mean we're talking way sad with little bells on top. I pity them, I truely do, huge big buckets of pity because they just have to be a total wack job!

I can only say that Jesus chastized people when they made known their good deeds to show others of their faith. ie the phairasees showing their tithes openly in public to show that they were better than the poor, who donated what they could. A decent testimony would have been how God works personally in their lives to help them along. I don't think this person was very correct in having said such things, but people like this should be taken lightly. As are most things in life, there are alot of people who disgrace themselves with a lack of tact and discretion. It need not worry you. Words are just that. What we really need to focus on are the people whose actions create predjudice and suffering. In these people are the bane of humanity. Hate crimes and the more obscure ways of predjudice do us no good. If a man follows the bible then he knows that forgiveness and love are the teachings of the word of God. So many times people forget that. There will be times in our lives where we may have to rely on one anothers help to bear the burden of life, and the persuasion or race cannot matter anymore or we will fail as a whole. I understand i'm ranting, but people like this need to motivate us to come together as a people to dispel the differences given to us by our forefathers. Yes, i will pray for him. Thank you for your patience if you read this.

Is it only gays that attract his glorious persistence? What about "Christian teachers/priests who despoil children or do they get "kicked upstairs" out of the way of possible public reaction.
He has an awfully large world of sinners to pick from or is his calling only to us flawed souls.

"ANd he tells me he is ready to come out of homosexuality"
Well, if the account really is accurate, that the friend wants to quit his gay lifestyle, you really ought to support that person. I can't fault him for seeking the help of a religious person to try to shed his unwanted homosexuality. I don't think it's appropriate to bash the person the gay man is seeking help of. That person is trying to be a good Christian I suppose. At least they're receiving him without trying to bury him in the dirt.
Now. We all know the poor friend is probably denying his true nature, and he's trying to bury it and replace it with something that he's not. If he's a truly gay, then it's probable that after a few years he'll revert back to homosexuality, but only after a huge amount of guilt, depression, and self-hatred.
It's the friend who needs the prayer. Not the "********".
