I need to haul a trailer and recently was rear-ended and my previous truck was totalled, therefore i need to get my hands on a rental car and was hoping to find a truck with a hitch so I could tow.

i've rented from enterprise - the truck did not have a hitch, but did have a bumper with a hole for a ball... i just used my own ball, and removed it when i turned in the truck.

all u-haul trucks have balls, and can handle most any weight - but a local rental can be very pricey, usually around 50cents a mile.

Yes. I rent from Enterprise all the time (not for trucks though) but they have a lot of different vehicles. Utility vans, etc..

just make sure the rental company provides the right hitch or if they even allow them on their vehicles. Most rental companies don't allow towing since they rent out vehicles primarily for recreational use.

it is possible but you need to shop around and see who has what kind of trucks. You need to make sure the trucks are able to tow what you need to tow.
